I want to know if the product looks exactly the same as the picture The product will look exactly like the picture in most cases .However there could be a slight variation in the colour sometimes because of photography.

From where can I log in to My Account? On our home page at the top right corner you will see the option of "Sign In / Register". Click on it and you will be guided to the "log in" page.
From the My Account section, where can I check my order status? After login in to your account, on the left side of the page you can see the option of Orders. Click on it and you will see the list of orders you have made with us. You can then click to the specific order and see its status.
Can I buy the products in unstitched form? Yes, unless mentioned otherwise (for readymade garments).
Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package? The shipping charges are calculated on the weight of products in your order.
Can I track the package once you ship it from India? Yes, you can track it with the Airway Bill number of the courier company once it is shipped.
What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India? Delivery within India is free of cost.
Do you provide Worldwide Shipping? Yes, we do.
Can I return a product that has been stitched to my measurements? Sorry, this will not be possible. Custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item? There is a admin credit card commission cost of 10 % of the final order value (5% while accepting and 5% while refunding) or 10 USD depending on the order size. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. OR
Will i get full refund in case i don’t like the material?***** Unfortunately no refund can be given if the customer does not like the material as the material used in each of the product is mentioned clearly in the description. So the customer is fully aware of the material of the product before purchasing it.
Can I pay using my Debit card? Yes, we accept all major debit cards.
How do I know that you have received my payments? A: You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with an order number.
I have transferred money through Western Union, what do I do next? A: Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union.
My card is declined, what should I do? A: Please recheck if you have given your card details correct. If so, please contact your banks and explain them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your banks might block your cards for security issues.
What is the price in dollars? We have a option of selecting the desired currency that you want on the extreme left hand top side of the website. You can select dollars in that and then all the products prices will be reflected in dollars itself.
I would like to order that saree which was showing out of stock could you please reply? The saree is currently not in stock with us. However, we can check with the designer if they have a ready piece available with them.

Can I pay using 2 different cards for one order? A: It's not possible to pay using 2 cards for one order.
Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account? A: Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. You would receive an email as soon as you choose pay by bank transfer as your option of payment.
I do not have a paypal account. Can I still transfer money to your account? No, one needs to have a paypal account to do paypal transfer.
What is billing address? The address where you receive your card statement is called billing address.
What is shipping address? The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address.
Can billing address and shipping address be different? Yes, you can give a different shipping address.
How do you take my measurements? Just fill up the Measurement Form in our website.
Can I edit the measurements I have put in the Measurement Form? Once the measurements have been submitted, you will not be able to edit them from your end. To make any changes, please drop us an Email at- care@nikvik.com.
Can I submit the measurements later after completing the order process? Yes, you can submit your measurements later after completing your order process.
